The day starts with mate and freshly fried empanadas, along with a talk about the pioneer families and ranch life. Enjoy the traditional “café carretero” while working dogs demonstrate sheep herding. Continue with a walk along the creek to the Machinery Museum, storehouse, and corrals, where you’ll learn about wool production and watch a shearing demonstration.
